When unexplained deaths wreak havoc at a local hospital in small town Port Davis, an external source needs to go in and uncover the truth. Patients are consistently coming down with odd ailments, and deaths are on the rise. Some patients have even gone missing! Dorothy Lang has found her way to the West Coast for employment. She is on the scene to find out if there is foul play. As an amateur detective posing as a nurse, her mission is to infiltrate, listen, and keep her head down. Her curiosity soon gets the best of her, and observations quickly become a quest for action. As she searches for clues, evidence surfaces against her co-workers. She is now unsure who she can trust. While navigating the maze of halls in the hospital, she crosses paths with the handsome and mysterious James Bailey. His knowledge of the building layout exposes her to structural features that are unusual and puzzling. As suspicions delve her deeper, she gets too close to the action and puts herself in danger. Bewildered at who is involved, she now has to fight for her life before she becomes a victim herself.
